Returns Policy:

Once you have your items you may want to return them and we welcome you to do so. Enclosed with your items is a pre-printed FedEx waybill (return voucher). You just need to call FedEx (number is on the return waybill) and they will simply collect your items from you and deliver them back to us.

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that our online prices are identical to our in-store prices. If you walk into any of our stores and buy any product we guarantee that you will pay the identical price online.

So yes, we really do give you absolutely free delivery and free return on purchases over R899.00. This means that the final purchase amount, after any and all returns, has to be over R899.00 in order to qualify for the initial FREE delivery and FREE return.

Example 1: If your initial purchase is R2000.00 your delivery is FREE. If you return R1000.00 worth of items to us then your initial delivery is still FREE and your return delivery is FREE too! You will be refunded the full R1000.00 – NO QUESTIONS ASKED, providing the items are unused, are returned within 30 days of receipt, and all the original packaging is intact.

We will send you a pre-printed return FedEx waybill (return voucher) in each delivery so that you just have to call the number on the voucher and securely wrap your parcel for a hassle free return – NO QUESTIONS ASKED! FedEx will collect your returns from your door.

Example 2: If your initial purchase is R1500.00 your delivery is FREE. If however you decide to return items to the value of R700.00 you will still be able to use your return voucher (pre-printed FedEx waybill) but now your final purchase amount is R800.00 which is less than the required amount to qualify for FREE delivery and FREE return.

Therefore when we refund your R700.00 we will refund the R700.00 less the initial delivery charge which we incurred to send you your items and the amount we incurred by FedEx to have your items returned.

See the following example but note that the delivery amounts are fictitious and may vary per transaction.

Example 3: Your refund will not be for R700.00 but will be calculated as follows:

Value of item returned: R700.00
Less value of initial delivery: (R79.00)
Less value of return delivery: (R79.00)
Value of actual refund: R542.00

Other basic return rules are as follows:

1. Items which show any signs of use may not be returned.
2. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of receipt.
3. All original packaging must be returned intact.

We believe that anyone should be able to return an unworn item with all its original packaging within 30 days for a full refund.
