How do I place an order?

Nothing could be easier! All orders are to be placed online, simply browse our awesome range of footwear, clothing and accessories; add what you want to your basket and then proceed to the checkout. Once your secure payment has been made your items will be on their way to you in a hurry. Voila!

How much is delivery for my product?

We know how badly you want your new shoes or clothes so we have a standard express delivery within 24 - 48 hrs which is absolutely FREE of charge providing your total purchase value is more than R899.00. If your purchase is less than R900 then you pay 10% of the value of your purchase with a R79.00 minimum charge.

Should you have a fashion emergency and need a guaranteed delivery by 10am tomorrow morning then you need to choose the "SUPER EXPRESS NEXT DAY DELVERY" option at checkout. This delivery option will cost 10% of the value of your purchase with a minimum of R199.00

We make use of Fedex couriers to handle all our deliveries and they are delivered directly to your door. (Only Applicable within South Africa)

How do I pay for my products?

For your convenience we accept fast online payment via Credit Card using "Mygate" which is a really secure online payment gateway for your simplicity and peace of mind. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) and Direct Deposits are also available.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We strive to deliver all products within 24 - 48 hrs depending on your location. We use FedEx to safely deliver your items to your door. If you live 348km's SSW of De Aar then it may take a little longer. See our "Delivery" page for more information.

Can I return my items if I don't like them for a full refund?

Yes we'll even send you a FedEx return voucher with your items so that you just have to securely wrap up your parcel and call the number on the voucher to have your items sent back for a full refund! You don't even pay for the return delivery so long as what you are keeping has a value greater than R899.00. If what you decide to keep is less than R900.00 then you will be refunded for the value of the items less the initial delivery charge and the return delivery charge.

Do you offer a best price offer of some sort?

Of course! We guarantee that we shall beat any advertised price from a South African based retailer selling South African products which are in stock.

Who do I contact if I have a query about an item or a question regarding my order?

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes you can. Once you have placed your order and your items have been despatched, you will receive an email with your FedEx "Reference Number" and "Tracking Number." Then you just phone this FedEx free call number: 0800 0 FEDEX (33339) and ask them where it is.

What sort of guarantee do I get with my items?

All items sold on our website have a "fair wear policy". This takes into consideration how long you have had the items and what their overall condition is. For example should a shoe split yet overall it has clearly been well looked after and there is nothing else wrong with the shoe then it's a legitimate claim; if however you have had the shoes for just 2 weeks and you have been dirt biking in them because you left your riding boots back home please don't bother as you will be charged the delivery to get them back.
